TheCHALLENGE
The User Space Container (USC) platform was developed for the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA), serving companies, researchers, scientists, and space enthusiasts across multiple space initiatives. The challenge was to create a unified platform that supports collaboration, knowledge sharing, and discovery while remaining scalable, accessible, and easy to navigate for different user groups.
Research &STRATEGY
The research phase focused on understanding the needs and behaviors of diverse user types and defining a flexible platform structure. The strategy prioritized discoverability and usability through filtering, search functionality, profile-based experiences, and collaboration workflows, while also addressing GDPR compliance and scalability.

DesignAPPROACH
The design approach focused on creating a clear and accessible user experience that balanced usability with functionality. Modular UI patterns were used to support profile listings, collaboration requests, marketplace interactions, and content sections such as news and events. The experience emphasized intuitive navigation, responsive interactions, and scalability for future platform growth.
